Meet the NGC Partners

Jacquelyn M. Winchenbaugh

Ms. Winchenbaugh is co- founder of Next Generation Communications, LLC (NGC) and has 35 years of telecommunications industry and management expertise.

Prior to NGC, Ms. Winchenbaugh held various positions as Account Executive, Branch Manager and Vice President of Training and Business Process Development for CTC Communications Corp (now part of Windstream). Responsibilities included defining field operational procedures, development of systems requirements and deployment/training strategies for IT applications for the organization automating quoting, provisioning and maintenance for all of the carrier’s products and services. Additional responsibilities included the management of the corporate voice and data telecommunications network for more than 30 locations. Additional accomplishments include design and sales of telecommunications services; LAN and WAN solutions; voice and data cabling systems to Fortune 1000 corporations.

Ms. Winchenbaugh worked with the Dale Carnegie organization in Boston, as a certified Sales Instructor for the Sales Program. Served on the Board of Directors for the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce from 2011 – 2015 and continues to be a member.

Ms. Winchenbaugh holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from Regis College, Weston, MA.

Keith M. Fuller

Mr. Fuller is co-founder of Next Generation Communications, (NGC) and brings 44 years of business management experience with a focus in sales and operations management within the retail and telecommunications industries.

Prior to NGC, and during his 14 years at CTC Communications Corp., (now part of Windstream) he served as Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Director of Channel Management. He was responsible for developing the Cisco and EMC partnership between sales forces – a relationship that allowed CTC to leverage its state of the art network and expand its reach via the large and highly successful sales forces of Cisco and EMC.

Mr. Fuller holds a B.S. from University of Massachusetts – Amherst and an MBA from Western New England College.
