Next Generation Communications would like to encourage all Verizon Business customers to begin conducting monthly, or bi-monthly reviews of their phone bills. Performing monthly or bi-monthly bill reviews prevent unnecessary or unauthorized charges from being applied to your bill.
The most important reason to perform monthly or bi-monthly bill reviews is to prevent unauthorized charges from dramatically increasing your monthly phone bill. We have recently noticed an increase in “charges from other companies,” or third party charges, on our Verizon Business customers’ bills. Many of these third party charges have been unauthorized by our customers. Verizon will credit unauthorized charges and offer to block these services from being added to your bill.
