By registering your account at One Connect, you will be able to take advantage of many features including:

  • Online Invoices: View and download current and historical invoices - up to 13 months.
  • Online Payments: Conveniently set up one-time payments or recurring payments any time.
  • Notifications: Customize your preferences and receive automatic notifications on invoice availability and order status.
  • Customizable Account Administration: Add additional users, control their permissions at account and feature level, perform email administration and more.

Save on International Calls

Next Generation Communications would like to advise its One Communications customers that One Communications is now offering an International Value Plan to benefit One Solutions Complete customers who make many international calls per month. The International Value Plan offers aggressive usage rates to many international locations for a low monthly fee of $4.50. The savings with the International Value Plan is on average 20% between standard usage rates and Value Plan rates.

No Trouble Found Rate Increase

Next Generation Communications would like to advise its One Communications customers that effective March 12, 2010, One Communications will be increasing the No Trouble Found (NTF) Dispatch Charge from $75 per dispatch to $100 per dispatch. A NTF Dispatch Charge is assessed if a repair truck is dispatched and no trouble is found with One Communications, ILEC facilities or equipment. Repairs to One Communications, ILEC facilities or equipment are performed at no cost to our customers. This rate change applies to all business and residential customers.

Verizon Increases Fees in Massachusetts

Next Generation Communications would like to advise its Verizon customers effective with your March bill, Verizon will collect a monthly fee of $1.47 per telephone line for business dial tone line customers, $1.47 per system for ISDN Basic Rate Interface, $7.35 per port for ISDN Primary Rate Interface customers and $35.28 per port for Flexpath customers. These fees are intended to help defray the cost of a new local property tax that Massachusetts cities and towns now levy on Verizon’s telephone poles and wires located on public property. State law permits, but does not require Verizon to pass along this new local tax.

Idearc, Inc. has completed its debt restructuring plan and emerged with a new name - Super Media, Inc. They will continue to focus and support the Superpages.com; SuperYellowPages, SuperpagesDirect and other products and services.
